We know that Alice never plays songs from this highly under rated album (my personal favorite because of Freedom) since the initial tour, but if these songs could be played, which ones would you want ? Personally, bring Freedom and the "Chop-Chop-Chop/Gail/Roses on White Lace" trilogy he did back in 88' when the gallows was used (also bring that back).
I think this would be great for the Dirty Diamonds Revue tour. Opinions ?

Coz you have to be so fit to stick your head in the guillotine eh? :DMadame Bondage wrote:Justin, he may be getting older but he IS very fit.
I think RYFAY is a great metal album (his best work in the mid to late 80's for me). I would choose Chop Chop Chop.

The wire in/under the rope that hooks onto the harness and keeps the performer from REALLY dropping all the way and getting their neck broken...BROKE! Fortunately for all (especially Alice! ) so did the rope and the rest of the stuff, so he just fell on down :8s: instead of getting semi-to-fully hanged right there on stage.

Do you mean, he's getting too old to do these stunts, is that what you're getting at?Justin wrote:He's getting old, I don't think the gallows will be back. Since the incident/accident on the RYFAY tour.

I always wanted to see the gallows too and that's why I was very excited when I heard that Alice was going to use it on the RYFaY tour. Well, when I actually saw that show, the gallows was not as exciting as the guillotine for some reason. And when someone asked on the old Sickthings discussion list why Alice doesn't do the gallows again, I sort of remember that we were told that the gallows just isn't as dramatic as the guillotine. So, it's not really due to Alice's age. Therefore, Justin, I'm going to have pull out my whip and spank you too......! :8i: Naughty boy!
