I'm probably very alone on this but whilst I love the song... the Widow opening looks and feels like it lacks a little punch to me. I much prefer Alice stalking the stage and getting the crowd up on their feet as opposed to him stuck on top of a cheap looking staircase.

The segway into Brutal Planet however is sublime...

Fantastic video of Poison in Basel.

At about 3:56 you can see Alice moving from one of the boxes he used to get closer to us, directly on to the next one and it was a pretty big gap. I remember going "oh please be careful!"

I was right in front of the box he starts from.

You can also see the moment I mention in my review when security chases KC... it sure doesn't look rehearsed to me, or these guys are great actors

Oh and of course I never saw how full the hall was and how fabulous the crowd was ! Think about it, Iron Maiden was starting their set about then, so all these people were really dedicated to Alice!

Alice was always going to get support opening for Maiden, especially cities where he has always been pretty popular.

According to one Facebook poster who had the setlist, the show included "Hey Stoopid" and "Fire," but was otherwise the same as the first U.S. leg.

Yes, I saw the show last night. It did, indeed, include Hey Stoopid and Fire.

I had purposely avoided ANY bit of "I'll Bite your Face Off" before the show. I liked it! And Alice definitely seemed to be enjoying it.

The band added form-fitting plastic masks for their performance of "Clones."

The Frankenstein Monster is so cool in person!

Yes, same show essentially with the mentioned additions.

Loved hearing "Hey Stoopid"! I could do without "Fire" but it's redeemed by them putting the Hendrix wig on The Deacon!
