Just checking if anyone has received there tickets from AXS yet . I ordered my Leeds tickets off AXS in September and not received them yet . It says on the Email tickets will be posted no later than 10 days before the show but just wondering if anyone has received there's yet . Iv had my Manchester and Birmingham tickets off Ticketmaster for months but never used AXS before so I'm wondering are AXS always this late with tickets . I just tried to call AXS on the phone number on the Email they sent me but it says there offices are closed because of covid .

I haven't received tickets for Glasgow yet. AXS are being utterly useless at responding.

Did anyone get electronic tickets?

Gotta add to the collection.

Mine are ment to arrive by signed for delivery by royal mail. If there not here by Monday I will get in touch with AXS by live chat . I will let you guys know how I get on but I won't be buying tickets off AXS in the future. On the off chance that they don't arrive what do you do . Do you go to the box office at Leeds and show them the AXS email and if so will the box office help out .

Where would I look for any spare tickets/returns for the Swansea show? It's sold out rather quickly and I couldn't book in advance due to family health issues. Playing in my backyard and I haven't got a ticket! :(

Just a suggestion. Show up at the box office the night of show. In MD - it was a Casino w/lots of either no shows or unsold tickets. Seemed that a lot of Punters were allowed in as seat fillers. If in your "backyard" what's a few minutes of missing the opening act?

AXS are a bag of shite.

Some of us prefer real tickets and request as much, only for them to send them as an email print off with the excuse of “so you get them on time”, when all they really care about is the money they can save by ripping off the customer that keeps them in a job!

I’ve ended up having to arrange for box office collection for Glasgow. Never been to the venue before but contacted them to get the necessary details

My communications with AXS were ignored but my girlfriend managed to get a response, luckily. Every other gig I’ve been to this year has automatically transferred over paper tickets to electronic ones. That wasn’t even an option here. Utter shitshow and I’ll be avoiding them in the future.
