Very good setlist, ILoveAlice1313.
It's good that you included some songs from the new album.
The best from the past and new stuff.
"Poison" will be in, it was a megahit, fans are expecting it, he has to sing it.

Great setlist overall. I respectfully disagree on Poison. I think it is a great song and is his biggest solo hit. It often gets the strongest crowd reaction of any song.

I actually could do without School's Out but it is the biggest original band song. It isn't going anywhere.

About "Poison", I totally agree with you. This is what I meant. If you disagreed with me, it's because you misunderstood what I wrote. Sometimes, I just can't get words in the right order, English is not my mother tongue. As per "School's Out", of course it doesn't go anywhere, it's always the conclusion of the concert.

The video of "Poison" was also a big success.

I think since the "Ol' Black Eyes" Set list from 2019 was a very strong setlist and didn't get a chance to shine beyond the summer and fall, makes me wonder if he will recycle it and throw in a few songs from Detroit Stories with the same show...I would personally be ok with that...that castle is a sweet onstage setup....

Roses on White Lace
My Stars
Bed of Nails
Raped and Freezin'
Escape
Steven
He's Back

all great additions to that setlist from 2019 and I hope he keeps them and throws in three or four songs from DT:

Social Debris
Shut up and Rock
Go Man Go
"Freedom to rock, freedom to talk, freeeedom, raise your fist and yell!"

Anyone got AirMiles they can throw my way because this tour is nowhere near!
The last (which was cancelled & refunded) was 5 miles West!
Enjoy!

If they'd drop the sound pressure level by 5dB, you could hear what each guitarist was playing.

I know they are playing at least 2 if not 3 songs that Nita just learned this week and has never played with the band before in this falls tour setlist!! They only had like 4 days to rehearse so I don't expect wholesale changes...But glad its changed some since saw them last at PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ August 2019...Cant Wait till Tomorrows Show in AC...Lucked out and got 6th row center orchestra on the aisle for $89.00!!!!

Could the 2 or 3 songs Nita is referring to is the Detroit Stories songs??? Or classic material??

From what Ryan said this evening during his podcast they are 'Detroit Stories' songs, and he seems to think they have been ADDED to the show (making a slightly longer show), with nothing removed, but we'll know in a few hours hopefully.
One seems to be 'Rock'n'Roll' although obviously he wouldn`t out and out say which they were.

Elsewhere Alice has apparently confirmed it's the same show as last time, with the same set and only minor differences, some enforced by Covid safety such as the band being forbidden to use each others microphones. Roxie also seemed to suggest the band would be wearing masks for the whole show (Alice of course can't, being the prime vocalist) but I could have misunderstood that.

Ryan also talked about the precautions and rules they are under to make the tour work (they have a covid adviser on the whole tour doing daily testing etc), being in a 'covid bubble' etc, and how excited they all were to be back together and ready to play tonight. He showed brief clips from rehearsals etc as well.

Opener appears to be unchanged, based on a fan’s IG video I just saw in the feed.

I haven’t seen anything up on YouTube yet from last nights show, but if the band are wearing masks for the whole show, the backing vocals are going to suffer!

Though it would look theatrical on He’s Back (The Men and Women Behind the Masks!)
Lead guitar on Social Debris. Album on iTunes, Amazon & Spotify, title track featured on TV
