As for me, I like Marilyn Manson, he has done great cover songs, and original songs, also. I like his darker side.

We're bored of hearing it, Danielle. I don't care for Manson's material myself and so I don't comment as I can't bring anything constructive to the thread. Constantly being on here harping on about how much you dislike Manson is just trolling. You don't like him. WE GET IT. As to comments about someone's appearance - that kind of thing is best left to five year olds in the school playground.

I actually downloaded The Beautiful People the other day due to it's similarities to Cold Machines. It's actually a really good song.

Still not a fan of MM but you have to embrace new things sometimes.

Manson's a phenomenal poet. some of his imagery - "sky as blue as a gunshot wound", eg - is just sublime. i'm a massive fan, but have to say i hate his drug overindulgence as much as i hate Alice's religiousness; i think he's really let himself down over the last couple of years by letting it affect his live shows, though the last album was still well up to standard.
would still love to see the two together, i think the sets will be very complementary.

It's amazing that just because we you are discussing Manson and his crude vocabuary some people seem to think the rules of the board no longer matter.

I just listened to some manson clips for the first time few minutes ago......and ...yes, he has good music!!! i admit it!!!
but his world is far more satanic and cadaveric than Alice's; lets say the Alice's horror on stage is more aesthetic and classy, never macabre.manson music is too, more metal than rock.
Interesting to compare finally; but his music is good. But his voice is less rich than Alice's. And on stage his character is always ugly and horrible; Alice's character can be beauty and can be the beast...

I've read a few reviews and it's nice to see the tour is getting a very positive reaction
