Already on the news feed, Alice is playing this festival June 4th to 7th 2014.
I would have thought this means he's doing the European festival circuit next year.
A friend in the business told me that he is being sounded out for Download on the following weekend

I would have thought headlining the 2nd stage would be best, as he's unlikely to get booked as main stage headliner like in Sweden.

Has Alice been mentioned for Glastonbury next year?
Anything I say or write is my own personal opinion, no matter who agrees or disagrees with me.

God I hope not...
Glastonbury generally won't book what they perceive as a 'Heavy Metal' artist any more. There have been exceptions but they are few.

It would be fun to see Alice play Glasto, but i don't think it's likely.
I think Fleetwood Mac are nailed on as one of the headliners, so Alice would be a good fit for the same day.

I agree. Glastonbury is far too big for my taste. Saw him in Wacken in 2010 didn't enjoy it that much. Download would be ok I guess, especially if he were to headline the second stage like last time. Though I'd appreciate it if they let him do his full set if he plays there again.
