Thanks Si, not a lot at all.
Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
It hardly seems worthwhile pressing them.
Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
On the odd chance I find one I will pick it up. If anyone in the UK or Europe wants it the postage will be horrible. I'll post if I find.

Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
No. They kept adding different colors and editions so I don't know.
That's just the number I saw quoted when I looked.
While it may seem small, this is a collectors thing, and there are far fewer collectors then you probably think.
On the other hand it will be the resellers that will be the real competition. The ones who want to get it on ebay as soon as they can at double the price.
Getting a copy won't be the problem. It will be getting it at a reasonable price. That's the problem with RSD. The people who make the most out of it are actually probably the ebay resellers.... the retail version of ticket touts.

Sounds more likely.pitkin88 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 11, 2020 9:14 pmhttps://recordstoreday.com/SpecialRelease/12357
This says 7000!
Maybe the store site I have bookmarked is talking just about the UK or something.. it still says 750

I hear it's 140g vinyl and £29.99.
Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
Probably $30 in the US then.

Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
There were 5,000 widely available copies of the Live From The Astroturf 12" (4,000 National Editions with 12 different colours and 1,000 deluxe Good Record Editions with 3 different colours). These were later joined by the super deluxe Film Festival (50 copies) and Literal Editions (18 copies), so the final total was 5,068!
There were also 100 cassette, 100 8-track and 18 reel to reel editions produced.
There's loads of detail about this range on my website here:

Thanks! Nothing compared to this place though
Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
I have just spoken to a record store in Glasgow and they have said that they have ordered two different Alice albums, the Apollo live one and a different album. Unfortunately he didn't have any details on the other release.
Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
Just checked the record day website and it seems to be dirty diamonds.
Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
I doubt too many will be thrilled by that.

That's the USA Record Store Day release from last year.
This is the one coming out in the UK...
https://recordstoreday.co.uk/releases/r ... -cooper-1/
I can't see it being any different to the version released in last years Treasures box set (only that the vinyl will be red rather than clear in colour and a number stamped on it).
Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
My recordstore already had some RSD titles and I grabbed the 2lp Thin Lizzy "Chinatown" title but nothing from the Coop yet.
Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
Shoooooot! I wish I would have seen this yesterday... I really want this record as it was the first tour I seen Alice Live & when I seen only 750 on here I figured that there's no way I'll find one here in Buffalo(I had no luck even finding the Johnny Thunders/Wayne Kramer Gang War album in the record stores here so I ordered it from ebay). Healthwise I can't wait in lines to get in anymore so I did find someone that had 2 copies for sale on ebay. He was selling them for $65 a piece w/ free shipping... The guy had sold over 3000 items & had 100% feedback rating so I went for it(I hate paying over $50 for an album unless it's a boxset or something I really really Want)... I seen people selling them on ebay for $75-$99 with no guarantee but they were going to wait in line early Saturday morning... I know Record Store Day is for fun & it's a great thrill when you go in a store & find what you want but I really wish I could just pre-order at regular price. It sucks that someone who may not be a fan could get the records and sell them for a huge profit...pitkin88 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 11, 2020 9:14 pmhttps://recordstoreday.com/SpecialRelease/12357

Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
Agree 100%. I have never been to a record store day so have no idea what to expect. Through my daughter I now have access to a turntable so have been enjoying vinyl for the first time in 20 odd years. I am going to try and go and if I find one it's yours.
