ok, so there has been nearly 50 views but no reply posts...AC must mean something to you..haha..ok for me its changed..when I was a teenager in 70s he was THE rebellious figure...Now its about a body of songs, music, lyrics and sometimes images that I can tap into to improve my mood.. Hello Hurray, No More Mr Nice Guy, the live video of Little Things on Brutal Planet etc etc..So for me Alice represents..great music, great lyrical stories and a happy pill!(And sometimes I respect his good works/words(e.g solid rock)..I never thought he would get my respect in the 70s)

For me, Alice represents unwavering bravery. Alice Cooper started doing something that no one would do, playing songs and styles and topics no one would dare touch. Even today, Alice keeps pushing people's buttons without being vulgar, but keeps stoking the fires of controversy.

I love the guy but I am getting rather frustrated with him being too willing to associate with certain media outlets. When you lie in bed with a rabid dog, you will get bitten and you will deserve it.

I don't really know how to answer that to be honest... do you mean Alice Cooper as a person, brand, musical force?

As far as i'm concerned, Alice Cooper is the one act that got me heavily into music. Music is probably THE most important thing in my life other than my wife and family, so i'd say Alice (the band and the man) mean a lot to me in the sense that it has steered me in a positive direction.

Other than that.... i just dig the songs and performances.

Yep, its a very open question so that one can interpret it how ever one wishes- (sorry almost went arty there ha)- I suppose I am fishing for things other than the music- like it steered you in a positive direction

To me "Alice Cooper" is THE definition of "rock star." As a man, Alice fits the part perfectly. His presence is magnetic. I think it's funny how all over the world, you hear people referring to others as a "rock star." The guy who lands a big contract? He's a rock star. The incredible athlete? Rock star. Alice Cooper? ROCK STAR.

As musicians, Alice Cooper - the band and the man - have created the soundtrack to my life. I can pick a Cooper song that would describe almost every moment, feeling, or experience that I've ever had. Certainly, there are musicians and other stories that fit this criteria... But overall, Alice is the one constant.

As a force, Alice Cooper is my strength and my humor. I use Cooper lines all the time in normal conversation, and they always work. I believe in rock and roll philosophy, and Alice is a great source. I tell that to myself, and I agree.

Overall, What Alice Cooper means to me is the thought that I'm not as crazy as I think I am

Alice Cooper meant everything to me and I was devastated when they broke up. Today Alice Cooper solo means little. I love 80-84 and the odd album afterwards. One last tour and album w Michael/Neal and Dennis and i'm in 100%.

Erm, it is a concept, a creation......I think Cooper sums it all up at the beginning of Prime Cuts. NO, it doesn't mean 'a band' to me at all - that was part of the evolution!!

Alice Cooper is....5 guys from Phoenix who moved to LA and then Detroit, had several big hits, become famous for more than their allotted 15 minutes and scared the cr@p out of adults in the late 60's and early 70's. The name survives today, largely due to the singer/frontman's continued involvement in the entertainment field.
