Yes, it's so important that people can see my big fat face filling the screen.

This is a perfect example of what Kyler was talking about in the other thread regarding how to meet Alice. Andy here, instead of waiting outside of hotels and Walmarts, was just minding his own business at the Kerrang! Awards when Alice just happened to show up and luckily was seated at Andy's table. Now Andy has an amazing story to tell his friends as Alice does with his!

If you subscribed to his fabulous fanzine in the 80s and got the one relating to the Nightmare Returns uk tour you would know what he looks like.

If you acknowledge that he is on the same table as Alice at K awards, it's not too hard to work out.

It is true bud, you are, as far as I am concerned, the oracle and God of Alice Cooper knowledge - certainly in the UK. It should not be disputed. I am not sure many know this. I believe that I have all your released fanzines and I treasure them. You are a legend in your own way man!

It's not being too kind to say these things Gunner. I began a thread about "Alice Cooper's Anonymous" some time ago (readers may want to look it up for more information). Whatever shortcomings the fanzine may have had with "cut and paste" in it's original sense, photocopying etc. it was some of the only communication about Alice Cooper that seemed to be going on. In the current climate (touring every year, new albums, RRHoF, Kerrang Awards, television newspaper coverage, websites etc.etc.)for newer or younger fans it is hard to imagine those days when there was so little coverage of Alice Cooper ( the group, solo artist or entity if you prefer Gunner!). It was as if they / he were "has beens"; Alice's newer albums were recieved with a small perfunctory review alongside some long forgotten band who's latest album was being eulogised over in a full page article as if they were the saviours of rock n roll. Such was the climate of the early eighties-being an Alice fan was a prety lonely experience. It was great to know through Andy's fanzine that other people also shared a love of Alice Cooper too. For me, without sounding too grandiose it helped "keep the flame alive". That remains in my view most important legacy of "Alice Cooper's Anonymous".

I am humbled. When can we go back to arguing about something?

Agreed. In America and Canada, there was still substantial reporting of his life and career but elsewhere there was almost nothing at all.

>It was great to know through Andy's fanzine that other people also shared a love of Alice Cooper too.

Again, I am humbled. I'll start blushing if this continues.
