I don't know, but I think there was some involvement with that restaurant in the seventies (which may be why you are asking).

Could be a coincidence and not mean anything though.

I seem to recall that Alice often frequented the Carlos and Charlies restaurant and brought attention to it when it first started in Los Angeles back in the 70s. He may have had some kind of business interest (could have been minor) back then as there were some rumours that he did. But I don't think he still has any involvement as there hasn't been any mention of it during the last twenty years as they only mention Cooperstown nowadays.

I think I read once that Alice and Sheryl had their wedding reception there, as well.

I recall that Alice and Shep got involved financially with the Carlos n' Charlie's in Acapulco and may have been instrumental in getting them to open a franchise in LA, but don't remember if they continued their investment.
