Just wondering if anyone knows a section of the Black Widow? Its 4 note arppegios (i think) after the love me yes we love me part (not the actual melody) its a second guitar playing over the top. Its probably something really easy but i havent really got it lol, what i have sounds a bit dodgy is what im really saying.
My aural skills are veeeeerrrrrry rusty :(

EDIT: Kinda like this, also feel free to point out if ive done it wrong

Code: Select all

E|-------------------------?||
B|-----------------------?--||
G|--------------------?-----||
D|-4--2---7-5-4-2---?-------||
A|--------------------------||
E|--------------------------||

E|------------7-8-7---------------------||

A|-------------------7-7-7-7-10--5--7---||
E|--------------------------------------||

Here's how I play it in my AC tribute band:

Track 1
W E E E Q. H H
E||-------------------|-------------8------|-----------0--------|
B||-------------------|----------8---------|-----------0--------|
G||--5----------------|-------9------------|--------------------|
D||--5----------------|--/10---------------|--2-----------------|
A||--3----------------|--------------------|--2-----------------|
E||-------------------|--------------------|--0-----------------|

E E E Q. W E E E H E
---------------12------|-------------------|-----------12--15---------L--|
-----------12----------|-------------------|-------14--------------------|
-------12--------------|--2----------------|--/15------------------------|
--/14------------------|--2----------------|-----------------------------|
-----------------------|--0----------------|-----------------------------|
-----------------------|-------------------|-----------------------------|

E E E E E E E E Q Q S S S S E E W
--------------------------|---------------------------|-------------------||
--------------------------|---------------------------|-------------------||
--4--5--4--5--4--5--4--5--|--4------------------------|--9----------------||
--4--5--4--5--4--5--4--5--|--4---------9-9-9-9-12--7--|--9----------------||
--------------------------|------------7-7-7-7-10--5--|--7----------------||
--------------------------|---------------------------|-------------------||

I do this while the other guitar player does the vocal doubling.
Note that the 2nd and 4th bars in this little bit are in 3/4, everything else is in 4/4.
The chord progression being C, Em, A, A#dim

Duration Legend
---------------
W - whole
H - half
Q - quarter
E - 8th
S - 16th
T - 32nd
X - 64th
. - note dotted
|-n-| - n-tuplets
