There was a video clip on here not so long ago where Alice was asked this very question and, if I recall rightly, he named Lost in America and Love's A Loaded Gun.

I reckon Love's A Loaded Gun would have had a decent chance at going big had it been around early enough to follow Poison
I think “Love’s a Loaded Gun” might have had a better chance had it been the lead single rather than “Hey Stoopid”.

I always thought Love's a Loaded Gun had a little bit more of an earlier Alice feel to it. I like the song Hey Stoopid but I never thought it was a great lead single. I felt like stuff like Love's a Loaded Gun, Might As Well Be On Mars (which was probably too long for a single), Wind-Up Toy etc were better presentations of what the album actually were. The album, Hey Stoopid, did okay but wasn't nearly the hit that Trash was though I feel it was a stronger album. Yes, the music scene was changing (The album would have done better if it came out even six months earlier) but I think Hey Stoopid was one of those albums that was so close to becoming a hit and circumstances just caused it to fall a little short. Still one of my favorites.

Completly agree. I think TLT suffered the same issue, Stolen Prayer, You're my Temptation, Nothing's Free, were all stronger than unholy war as a single, IMO.

That was absolutely one os Alice's best solo work and dind't get nearly as much attention. Even today he plays only LIA, shch a shame
These good little shocks must be working I’m so happy now

LIA and 'It's Me' the singles from TLT. The 'Unholy War' CD was only a promotional release, not something released to the public.
