'Killer Alice' Newspaper Prop

Thanks to the dedicated collectors of all things Alice Cooper who kindly put their wares online for everyone to view, we can see an abundance of different record pressings and extensive memorabilia.
One thing I've never seen is the promo newspaper front page that had a photo of Alice on the front and a headline of either 'Killer' or 'Killer Alice' or maybe 'Killer on the Loose', which was apparently distributed to various outlets and placed on the seats at concert venues.
Does anybody have one? Or has anybody seen one?
I suppose it's possible this item doesn't actually exist, since the only place I can definitely recall reading about it is in the notoriously inaccurate Me, Alice.
