Prices for the ‘Main’ autographed versions appear to be £200 and £600, so about $250 and $750 respectively (before postage) but with a 10% pre-order discount on offer.
If that's the price I'm not touching these with a barge pole. Ludicrous amount for a book. Not worth even considering for me.
I would have second thoughts at anything over £40-£50! and didn't buy the @75 book because I felt it was overpriced!
I bought @75 for $75AUD in Feb, RRP was $99, it's selling price now is $76.99AUD for the hardcover.

Pre-Order page is live.

Deluxe Edition is £179.10 - limited to 1000
Super Deluxe Edition is £539.10 - limited to 500
Combo of both editions is £702.00

There was a 1 only Edition that cost £1440.00 but looks to have been bought already.

Prices include 10% discount.

Think I'll sit this one out.

I'm surprised that they've gone for 500 copies of the Super Deluxe Edition. Are there really that many people that would pay that kind of money for a book? There's not enough information on the description to tempt me to even consider that price (would be good to know what the "treasures and surprises" are).

Will probably go for the Deluxe Edition, which seems a veritable bargain in comparison!

I’ll never understand why one number is more desirable than another. “Wow mines number 73 but you have number 4!” They all come off the same assembly line.

Was going to say this. At those prices then you would expect full transparency, not vague terminology. Or do people wait until May to see that their treasure is a sticker or something?

It's an odd time on the way us working folks use our not just disposable income but our income in general. On one hand we have had inflation, unaffordable rents and housing prices, costs for basics like groceries going through the roof and then we have people spending crazy money on entertainment (concert tix, memorabilia, re-issued vinyl, deluxe this and that). I'm not above it but I definitely have limits and spending $300-$600 dollars on a coffee table book is beyond my reach. Happy viewing to those who do shell out the $$, I'm sure it will be a nice item regardless.

what I'm suprised at : we just had the AC75 book, so the timing of this "'official" book is rather strange, it"s not that this new book will contain that much of unseen pictures or info... ( and I won't even discuss the price of it... )
you really wouldn't understand..

Firstly this book has been in the works for years. The release of other unofficial books likely had no real impact on when it would be released. It was ready when it was ready.

Secondly I'm reliably informed that the book features over 1000 images, many (most?) of which have NEVER been published before. Bare in mind this will be the ONLY book to have full access to the Alice Cooper archives. No unofficial book has that access, and the archives contain endless items few people will ever have seen.

And it is a *photo* book, not a biography (although there are essays included) so no, it's unlikely there will be much new information as such, just new images.

Would you like Alice to send them right after he takes them off, or wash them first?

Washed comes with the cheaper one, the pricier must have DNA

You can either pay upfront or a small deposit in 30 days followed by instalments on a monthly basis.

Some people were posting about getting theirs on instagram, so a few people will grb them aways. The number one, albeit expensive, did sell in seconds.

For what i’ve seen, all books from this publisher are quite expensive, all on the range of 200 to 700. And this one comes autographed. People who never got the chance to meet him will be interested for that.

Would love to see sales numbers for this though.

My guess would be 500 copies of the big one and 1000 copies of the smaller one

That's how many they are supposed to be making. ;)

I’m sure there will be plenty of previously unseen photos but from the preview I’ve seen there a lots of well published photos , eg we get a full page blowup from the dragon town cd insert , a double page blow up of Kyler’s photo from paranormal of Alice putting his make up on and others . Do we need them again ?

I’m not convinced there’s enough to justify the price tag , and I did but Alice at 75 as soon as it was released

I bought the Alice @75 too and it is a beauty..
It isn't autographed, but, honestly, if you don't see him autograph it yourself...At a concert one could get "autoghraped" cd's ... Would be suprised if Alice autographed each and every cd that was piling up there...
you really wouldn't understand..
