Eddie Trunk has never had on Michael, Neal, or Dennis. I don't know why he hasn't had them on. I emailed him about this, but he didn't respond to me.

He has to be personal friends with somebody to have them on the show.
So he can brag about "I, I, I, me, me, me, we're friends, blah blah blah" all the time.

Casey Kasem passed away in 2014.
