OK so the question has to be asked - Kane is working with Alice and Bob - What on ? The touring band album ( why ? ) or the album after that ?

could be a new solo album for kane or could be for the next alice album. i am excited to hear it tho. despite kanes last album being very weak i have loved his previous work allot.

I wonder if the new album ia going to be a return to something a bit heavier. A cross between the splatter years and brutal planet.

My thinking is Nitas guitar style (pkus the overall heavier vibe you get from Alices live band anyway). Also the return of a few kane era songs to the live set.

Could it be they have gone for a heavier sound with the new album and as a musical nod to the era thats influenced it they have got Kane on a song?

That would be a dream for me if they have and get it right.

Maybe Alice has resurrected The Night Shift project, and he's going to work with past collaborators to give each song a unique feel that would enhance the concept.

Kane is working on a new album so I would think this is for a Roberts solo album.
