Iron Maiden? I can't imagine it myself. Perhaps something from the Dianno era but any Dickinson era Maiden would have to be sung a key lower for Alice which just wouldn't work (in my opinion ofcourse!).
Agree totally! Cooper's voice would not suit their melodies at all.
Captain Howdy, Kids are back plus many more by Twisted Sister. Stuff by Iggy, Alice could do better...A LOT better. Sister Disco - The Who. Prime Mover - Zodiac. Loads of songs, Goth songs, punk songs etc..basically anything that is influenced by him would be sung better by him...which is A LOT!!!!!
There was a song Billy Idol did on a Tony Iommi album that could have been written for Alice Cooper.

I would love to hear Alice do Bill Withers' 'Aint no sunshine'.
He could make the song sound so much more sinister.. with a little help from Steven..

Nah, just take Blackie's vocal out of the WASP cover and stick alice's in - that would be awesome, bacause that's a great version - much better than The Who's!!

I'd love to hear Alice do "Glad To See You Go" by the Ramones. I think it would really give the chills as he sang the lyrics "you're gonna get a bloodbath" and "one bullet in the cylinder".
What an awesome song.
I don't know if the things I'm thinking are normal thoughts or not!

Haha! OK, now I totally want to hear this!
Smokin' in the Boys' Room
Yeah, I could totally see him doing this, as I've thought about how he would sound on the song since I became a fan. Seeing Alice live made me a fan, and then I started looking up songs online. "Smokin' in the Boys' Room" seems to be quite frequently mislabeled as an Alice song, and I thought it was at first....for about 2 listens. Then I realized it didn't really sound like his voice, and looked it up. But, I've always kind of thought the general attitude of the song was something the ACG might have done.

For a couple of listens I once thought that "Smokin' in the Boys' Room" could have been an Alice tune too.
I'd like to hear a cover of "Basket Case" by Warren Zevon. Every time I hear this song I think that it could be a song from Alice.

I agree with "Smokin' In The Boys Room". That's totally an Alice-type song. Aerosmith's "Same Old Song And Dance" and Mott The Hoople's "One Of The Boys" are also Alice-type songs!

Interesting that so many people like "Smokin'"
I always thought that Brownsville Station was trying to cop an Alice feel on "Meet Me on the Fourth Floor"

What an awesome song.
Alice Cooper and The Ramones are my two favourite bands. Nice left field choice and a killer song. " Here Today Gone Tomorrow " would work well too. Not many bands have been able to do a decent Ramones cover. Probably the best cover I have heard is surprisingly Kiss doing " Rock N Roll Radio " which they just nail. Talking " Rock N Roll Radio " it would be nice to hear Alice's voice over the
" Billion Dollar Babies " song. Would have made a great single.

IMO there is one stand out (drum roll please)....Psycho Killer...since it was part inspired by Alice...could imagine even Talking Heads starting and Alice bursting in half way through with some growling vocals(think Aerosmith/Run DMC video)..anyway all seems very visually clear to me but I have consumed a lot of cold/flu medicine today..
