It's weird that you didn't get a writing credit on this song. Seems the whole thing is built around the bass. Just sayin'.

Likely be a bit rough to renegotiate that 50 years after the fact, but I'm glad you like the bass part.

Hi Dr D,

I'm very fond of the bass part that opens "BT" and even more so for the descending portion towards the end of the song. How flexible Your fingers must be :rock: ! Those parts would be good Film Noir music.

I've read that Michael Bruce actually wrote the bass part on MS and played it on the demo version as Dennis wasn't well, then Dennis played it on the final studio version. It's one of the few songs Michael didn't mention in his book, but of course Dennis has a good point above re. the writing credits.
