Dennis we're all you guys in on this look? Meaning did management want you to do it but you did it begrudgingly because it wasn't your image, or did you guys do it for fun? What was the motivation for the shot, keep the public guessing, show your sense of humor? Thanks

When photographer icon Richard Avedon has an idea, you say yes and have fun with it.
The concept was for the Billion Dollar Babies image. We liked the contrast of Alice Cooper looking like shock rockers that got wealthy. Avedon liked the contrast of Alice Cooper looking like Wall Street business men.
It was so spontaneous that some of us, including me, were wearing Avedon's suits.

After that photo session, the other guys left and Cindy and I hung out with Avedon who showed us a bunch of unseen photos he had taken of Marilyn Monroe dressed up as other classic film stars. We later saw some of them in Life magazine.
