Hey Dennis,

Is there any specific thinking behind why lyrics were included on the sleeve of Billion Dollar Babies but on none of the other albums, or is it just how it worked out?

Might have had to do with the timing.
Bands had to submit their album cover artwork while recording sessions were still in progress because you didn't want the album cover to hold up the release. Song order and lyrics were usually submitted right after all of the songs were mixed and the song order was locked in. The timing on all of this was fairly strict, and with our busy tour schedule, we likely couldn't get all of the finalized lyrics typed out in time.
