Hey Dennis,
With today being the 50th anniversary of the death of Jim Morrison, I was wondering how you and the band reacted on hearing news of his passing. Was it simply 'one of those things', tragic though it was, or did it cause some kind of introspection or re-evalutaion?
Thanks
Jim Morrison

I would note that your response will take us (& you) down a rabbit hole.
As well furnished as it may be. Looking forward to more info about JM.

In less than a year, the world lost Jimi, Janis, and Jim. I'm not sure about how much introspection or re-evaluation we had. As for Jimi and Jim, it was mourning the loss of people we had enjoyed hanging out with.Daggers & Contracts wrote: ↑Sat Jul 03, 2021 10:56 pmDr. D.VinceRaven wrote: ↑Sat Jul 03, 2021 10:37 pmHey Dennis,

Was the ACG writing &/or recording "Killer" at the time of Morrison's death?
Also, did their deaths have an influence on the writing?

We lost the great Duane Allman right around the same time too.
