Re: Alice Cooper Setlist/New Tour Comment
Snake and Snakebite were both there last night. A great gig! I agree. Thought it was superb start to finish. The screens definitely suit some songs better than others but they did enhance proceedings. It's certainly advantageous that Alice has been playing so many dates before getting to the UK as ...

Historic Bass Guitars
Hey Dennis,
Here's a trivial question for the weekend.
If you were able to own any bass guitar in the world, either known to be in existence or presumed lost, is there one particular guitar you would covet?
Thanks

Hot and Cold
Hey Dennis, Here's another very random question for you. As someone who has played in a vast number of environments, both outdoors and in, I was wondering what the hottest temperature you've ever had to play in was? Likewise, was there any occasion you had to play when it was absolutely freezing? Th...

Favourite Driving/Travelling Music
Hey Dennis,
Here's another light question for the weekend.
Do you have a favourite music that you like to drive or travel to?
And on that subject, was any music regularly played as you travelled around with the band, either by road or by air?
Thanks

Re: Another vinyl release : Greatest Hits
Looking at similarly priced items on their site, I'm guessing it'll be spread over a double album on coloured vinyl.

Re: Deluxe LITD and MOL. What is out there?
What are good liveshows from that period? I'm far from a bootlegs expert but I don't think there's anything of acceptable audio quality from the Holiday Tour. Although I believe there are at least a couple of full shows. Current technology could possibly see one of those recordings cleaned up to so...

Re: New Rock Biography Series on A&E--Alice Cooper
Interesting to see "group" mentioned twice and "band" once, implying that a generous amount of attention will be given to the original guys. It might not prove to be the case, but you never know. Pretty much EVERY documentary on Alice spends the majority of screen time on the original band and WTMN...

My first-listen opinion is that she's trying a bit too hard with the vocal. Needs to be less shouty, more sleazy.

Man With The Golden Gun
Hey Dennis, Can you share some thoughts on how you put this song together? I'm especially intrigued as to how the prospect of it being used as the theme to the new Bond film influenced the various musical elements you included. How much extra effort, if any, went into being cinematic for this one? A...

Re: Tish & Snooky
I'll pass your message on to Tish and Snooky. Cindy and I met them at a Chiller Theatre Expo monster/scifi event. Their table was across from ours. We looked at them and they looked at us and we all felt like Kindred Spirits from the get go. Then I found myself performing on stage with them several...

Hey Dennis, I really enjoyed watching the footage of VersoFest 24. Please convey my thanks, as a Scottish person, to Tish for quoting her grandmother's "keech my breeks" comment. I was NOT expecting to hear that term used during the conversation! Made me very happy indeed. Can't remember if this has...

Re: Don't Blow Your Mind: The Mascot Sessions
Thanks, Dennis, for another thorough and fascinating answer.
Sounds like the release had the potential for being even better than it is, but it's still a great historical document in many ways and I personally really love that period of the band.
