Thanks for the link Rob.

I like to think of them as "Been Lizzy." That is definitely a band that should have stopped when Phil stopped.

Re: Bob Dolin & Mike Marconi

I agree that Mick Mashbir/Bob Dolin, and CERTAINLY Mike Marconi are not significant parts of the "Alice Cooper legacy," it might be more accurate to say that someone like Mick Mashbir had a somewhat important part in the latter part of the ACG's history as he ended up filling in and taking over for ...

Re: Alice Show Cycles

I'm sure Alice can still pull good crowds in the US, having said that I was surprised that he again chose the UK for the Halloween shows (not that I'm complaining of course). Maybe he is genuinly bigger here? I think that type of a show was a big success, so may be going for a repeat (plus logistic...

Re: Bob Dolin & Mike Marconi

I just google'd Mike Marconi. A couple of results in brought me to this interview with Dennis:

5 questions from the bottom he talks about Bob and Mike.

Si wrote:Once again Alice has a bandmate in stitches....
It's kind of ironic because Alice commented at the 100 show how Glen Sobel hadn't earned his stitches yet.. guess Tommy beat him to it!

Re: Bob Dolin & Mike Marconi

Bob Dolin went on to write one of America's greatest treasures, "Like a Rolling Stone," and is still active today. Mike Marconi had an broadcasting award named after him.

Re: Alice Cooper Old School Boxset

I think there's a possibility that there are some factors that the remaining band members do not want to divulge in publicly for why they never reformed as a continuing touring/recording entity. Possible circumstances surrounding Glen being one of them? Who knows. This might be partially why you wil...

Re: Pre-Order W2MN Fan Pack - UK

As long as you have iTunes on your computer then I expect it will work fine. It should also work on the iPhone and iPod touch. I'm glad people listen to me here... I hope Hunter cleared that up. I guess we'll have to wait for an iPad owning fan to confirm If you want to find out if it works on an i...

Re: Pre-Order W2MN Fan Pack - UK

Agree that the standard release should come out at the same time though, this would surely boost the chart position? I dont think the fan pack counts towards chart position. Im sure there is some stoopid rule regarding this. I don't believe it's a rule, however since it's technically a Classic Rock...

Re: Brian 'Renfield' Nelson

He would, no doubt, be having a ball with everything going on right now with as relatively active as the original band have been, the box set, Nightmare 2, etc.

>do you have to have an IPad to get hold of the IPad version of the pack I think so. Correct, because PCs do not have ways to run Apps for iPod/iPads. Although there is a good chance you can run the iPad app on you iPod Touch if you have one. I believe most iPad apps can run on iPod Touches anyway.

His last album, ' Into The Wild', went on sale this 2011.
Hopefully this is merely a casualty of the rough translation, since Uriah Heep is a band, not a man.

Foo Fighters seem to be in an Alice mood this year. Ironically, I've been listening to Foo Fighters quite a bit lately as well.
