Re: Are Alice's Touring Days Over?

Mass testing in Liverpool with results in 20 minutes, now to be rolled out in Glasgow. Turns out its not too far fetched. But I bow to all the Facebook experts who know better. Fairly useless. Testing is solely a moment in time. You can be contagious and still test negative because the tests only d...

Re: Are Alice's Touring Days Over?

It's because of the goof balls that won't wear masks and are swearing off vaccines that this sort of thing even needs to be contemplated in the first place. The world is a community, and sometimes people need to do what's best for the community instead of solely themselves. A frightening thought to ...

I think the only way to listen to it will be to burn a copy minus the Breadcrumbs songs.
It's 2020, you still burn CDs?

Cold Cold Coffin

Has anybody received anything yet? This campaign was funded on September 23 2018 and promised by May of 2019. The latest excuse about needing to "bake the tapes" sounds really peculiar to me, especially since we're a year and a half after this was supposed to be delivered. Love Dennis and don't want...

Re: New album cover

Yes, it may be irrational, but that's how I felt when I saw them all, and while it's not really a big deal, it still niggles me when I see versions I don't have. With this one I planned as normal to get one of each, but as it hit five colours I've changed my mind and won't bother, settling for two ...

Blue vinyl too...

FFS!
This is getting silly... Black, red, clear, purple and now blue... come on...
Have you seen how many variations there are of Astroturf? Why so surprised, you don't have to buy them all.

It was a fun listen... and it's all subjective. I thought it would be fun to do my Top 20 before I listened. Flame away. 20. Former Lee Warmer 19. Nurse Rozetta 18. Brutal Planet 17. Dead Babies 16. Muscle of Love 15. Go To Hell 14. From The Inside 13. Bed of Nails 12. Wind Up Toy 11. Might As Well ...

The June 26th show in Burgettstown, PA was just canceled (not postponed) so one would assume the whole tour has been shelved for now.

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!

There's no way I would pay that much for an autograph but Just curious is Alice charging that much or is the Film & Comic Con setting the prices... Only because I once read that for certain sports stars... the stars are paid so much for being there and the place that has them charges what they want...

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!

It takes moments, not money (which has already been spent) on a message board, (Thanks to Si & his board!) & might have results with more info in addition to adding to others appreciation of band/artist. It's a chore to save/protect a signature on an article without loss or damage due to unforeseen...

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!

I must be the odd man out, but I don't care for autographs and meet and greets. I bought the records when I was a teen, listened to them and went to the concerts. Thats how I still like it. It seems weird to me for people to want so much more out of another human being. And some people would think ...

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!

How many zillions of autographs has Alice given out in his career? And still, some people are silly enough to PAY $85 for his autograph. Oh yeah, it gives you a personal connection to him....just like he is personally connected to those other zillion people he has given his autograph. It's called a...

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!

While not cheap, it's not exorbitant. It's pretty much market rate. I've been to events like these and Alice is usually the biggest draw with hundreds of people waiting to get his autograph. And they always walk away smiling. Some people have disposable income and are glad to have the opportunity to...
