Generally none of them have any decent seats unless you are buying VIPs etc.

I can't remember ever a time when, being at a seated gig, people remained seated. I've seen footage elsewhere where this has happened though. I believe with the ticketmaster presale you just have to be logged in to your account.
With the AC.com presale you normally need a password (often "sickthings").
