Re: ‘Ol black eyes is back Tour
Just got our tickets for the Brighton show in October According to the lady in the box office, there are only single seats available in the circle. No idea on how many downstairs standing places are still there, or what it is like at other venues, but if you are 'uming and ahing' about getting a tic...

RIP David Winter
It's being reported that David Winters has died. He was 80
You may not recognise the name, but you almost certainly know his work. He was the man who directed and choreographed the 'Welcome To My Nightmare' concert film

I wonder if he will stick with the three guitarists, or whether we will see the return of a keyboard player

Apparently the intro music is 'Bela Lugosi's Dead' by Bauhaus and the Christopher Lee narrated 'The Last Vampire'Si wrote:Could be an intro tape?nurofeg wrote:I think that I Want My Now isn't a new song.
This is intro from Johnny Deep's movie Charlie And The Chocolate Factory.

Re: Vampires Tour - going?
The setlist for the first show is now up on the setlist .com site Once again, it consists of a mixture of a few songs from the first album, a few new songs, and a lot of covers: I Want My Now (New song) Raise the Dead (Hollywood Vampires LP) I Got a Line on You (Spirit cover) My Dead Drunk Friends (...

Re: Alice As Herod
There were some other nice touches as well - the allusion to 'No More Mr. Nice Guy' with the cane at the start, the mention of 'Raise The Dead' (which, of course, was a previous tour/project), the black, giallo-esque gloves and Alice lapping up the applause at the end (all that was missing was " and...

Re: Vampires UK dates with the Darkness and the Damned
The annoying thing is, these are exactly the same venues that Alice played with his solo shows last year Why didn't the Vampires go to different cities in the same area? June 16th: Birmingham Genting Arena - why not Nottingham Motorpoint Arena June 17th: Manchester Arena - why not Leeds First Direct...

Re: Vampires UK dates with the Darkness and the Damned
I was excited for about five minutes, until I realised that this will most likely be another seated gig, with a shambolic rush to find decent tickets (that don't include a £1000 meet-and-greet), which I expect to cost about £60 with fees. All to see what is, in effect, a glorified covers band The t...

Re: The sound of A
It's a really good song, but I think it's the wrong choice for a single. It's too 'quirky' and atmospheric, and I can't really see it being played live
If it's a re-recording of an old song, I wonder if we will ever hear the original Alice Cooper Group version

Alice to play Herod in Jesus Christ, Superstar
According to his Twitter feed..." Excited to join the cast of @NBC’s #JesusChristSuperstar Live as King Herod! Get ready to rock out this Easter Sunday. " https://twitter.com/alicecooper/status/939205909800275973 With his love of camp show tunes, he should totally kill 'Herod's Song' (pardon the pun!)

Re: Another new live Alice dvd when??
Iron Maiden and Rush seem to release a DVD every time they tour, so for me it wouldn't be a problem if Alice did as well
There are so many tours we are missing because they were either not recorded or released

I found this online... Alice Cooper Did you jump a little? You can probably relax. I saw this online, and I thought it would be a great concept for the Paranormal cover art. This is actually a 2015 photo manipulation from Elevendy Studio. Cool stuff. Scroll down to find the Alice project, including...

Re: New album update
It looks like the Amazon UK listing for the box set version of 'Paranormal' has been changed Instead of stating that it contains 4 discs, it now says it only contains 2. Although nothing is mentioned as yet, I wonder if this means it will also contain the 'T' shirt as previously mentioned to make it...

Is it maybe the new teaser? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7Qhhpt6P0o I think the title is just "faster" *backwards*.. and if you reverse the audio you hear Alice singing something like "Everybody's got something hiding, in the back of their mind" Please let The Daily Mail get hold of it, and rep...
