Re: Quadrophonic question

I have the BDB album DVD-A so I'll have to listen to R&F to hear if it's there.

Re: In Concert 1972

I've had the ACG In Concert footage for more than 20 years now; rough quality but it's great both seeing and hearing tracks like Killer, Gutter Cat and Street Fight.

Re: Nobody Likes Me question

I agree w/BDB's post further up; NLM would have been @ home on either PFY or EA so I have wondered too why it wasn't included on either? Re. if a remastered PFY was released: the earlier NLM demo, the studio version of LB and 'Ride With Me' would be ideal bonus tracks IMO. I don't know why the studi...

Re: Nobody Likes Me question

A very interesting topic of discussion here! It seems to me that all 3 posters above have valid points; I'm wondering then why the recording which is on the box set was picked for the box? I've also always wondered if the flexi-disc version was recorded around the time of the Killer album, since why...

Re: Single Edits

Wasn't the slide guitar part in Hello Hooray cut from the single version? I think that version is on 'The Life & Crimes...' box set which I have so I'll have to check it out.

Re: Remaster of LOVE IT TO DEATH is coming !!!!

I have both the Deluxe Edition and the DVD Audio issue of BDB and I would like to see the other IMO classic ACG albums (LITD - MOL) also released as Deluxe Editions but I'm not sure about the chances for that.

Re: New Alice Cooper Album On The Way : Opinions And Wishes!

I believe Dick Wagner had a co-writing hand in I Love The Dead, but he sold his portion of the rights and therefore doesn't have credit on the song. Only Bob Ezrin and Alice himself are credited as writers of ILTD; Michael Bruce states in his book that he wrote the chorus of the song "to lighten it...

Re: New Alice Cooper Album On The Way : Opinions And Wishes!

>I've read that Mick Mashbir helped write some songs on the ACG albums I'm not sure that's accurate. He once sent me a very detailed description of his work with Alice Cooper and I don't think writing was ever mentioned. I've read MM himself state that he wrote the guitar part in the chorus of Hard...

Re: New Alice Cooper Album On The Way : Opinions And Wishes!

Are you saying that WtMN is not such a good album? I think WTMN is a classic Alice Cooper album and I think Dick Wagner is a great songwriter. Don't forget that Dick also wrote some stuff which was used on the ACG albums, even if he was not always credited. To be honest, I've never liked any AC alb...

Re: New Alice Cooper Album On The Way : Opinions And Wishes!

Recipe for success:

Alice (he legally changed his name in 1974)

add equal parts:

Dunaway
Bruce
Smith
Mick Mashbir

Dick Wagner co-wrote WTMN, ACGTH I believe and some other AC solo albums. Therefore, I say Mick Mashbir.
