It's a sad shame that the Billion Dollar Babies Tour lighting was never documented.

I also see no problem with hiding the band for WTMN or any shows after that, as people are paying to see Alice rather than the band. Hiding the band in any shows before WTMN is wrong though, as that would be like paying to see Black Sabbath and only seeing Ozzy.
