UK You Gov Poll

Strange place to find a poll on rock musicians but apparently they pull just about everything in the UK.

5th ain't bad.

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!

Personally, I've decided that I don't care about this stuff anymore. So, he'll make a few quid in a few hours by making some people very happy. He's a celeb and celebs need to work at staying celebs.Rather see him top of the bill than at a bargain bucket £20 with the old Dr. Who. As for links to com...

Re: Hollywood vampires tickets.

Disappointing sales for Glasgow Hydro gig so far. Still a long time to go but looks to be well down on the last visit. Same happening elsewhere?

Re: Australian bushfire concert

Or how about a virtual duet with Michael Buble?

Going to be interesting to see how this thing plays out now with the most recent acts that have been confirmed.

Re: Alice with Tesla and Lita Ford Summer Tour

I've used eventbrite a couple of times for small gigs locally. On both occasions they emailed tickets but I also downloaded the app which gave me them as well. Have to say they didn't give me problems, but then again the gigs weren't cancelled.

Re: Alice with Tesla and Lita Ford Summer Tour

Schedule looks fairly busy already and it's still only January. Seventy plus gigs across eight months and no doubt plenty more activity October-December. He certainly ain't slacking yet..

Don't remember this one at all. Colour looks a little basic so would suggest fake.

Re: Hollywood vampires tickets.

Just bought standing tickets for 2,500 capacity Paris Olympia as just couldn't get enthusiasm for the seated Glasgow Hydro date only a couple of days later. Summer holiday will now work around this date. It's almost sold out and If the Paris crowd is anything like it was for Alice himself last year ...

Re: Australian bushfire concert

Good news Si, although I'm sure we will still get the 3-4 usual suspects played, and why not when it's a neutral audience. I'm sure it will be televised in some fashion as it seems to be building profile but at 9hrs plus in length I'm guessing anything that makes a compilation programme will only ha...

Re: Have you changed your mind?

Disagree a good bit although not entirely with Bowie comments but the debate on him is long and for a different place. For me, Battle Axe started out as a generous 5/10 and has slipped to a generous 3. Just don't enjoy listening to it. Your comments suggest Alice is stale and tired. Personally, I do...

Re: Christmas Pudding 2019

Certainly don't fear a reunion, just don't think I need it. I'm an OG fan and an Alice fan too. Does that put me outside the "family"? I don't think so. LOL. You are an "Alice" fan first and foremost. You will want and desire an OG reunion if and when "Alice" tells you that you want one. :( That I ...

Re: Breadcrumbs

I ordered through earmusic and received number 24. And on time.. And I think its a fantastic record!! So really pleased all round. I bought one for my daughter from HMV and it was around number 16 000 Good to see that Earmusic is getting close to the 20,000 limit. As a collectable your # is closer ...

Re: Have you changed your mind?

Muscle of Love is possibly the album which has changed least for me. Probably played it a dozen times as soon as I got it when it came out but while I loved half the tracks I just couldn't love the album. I've tried several times over the years and while some tracks come and go for me the overall fe...

Re: Have you changed your mind?

I pretty much feel the same about each album now as I did way back when. There may have been a little adjusting one way or the other over the years, but nothing huge. Overall, the whole of the Cooper experience has taken a far back seat in my life just because that's part of aging. Pretties For You...

Rock Meets Classic

Not everyone's cup of tea but attendance at these arena shows look to be very healthy indeed so there is clearly a well established audience out there.

Anybody know anybody who has been? Do they get many mainstream Alice fans?
