Re: new Record Store Day 2019 releases
Great album.
Interestingly, "Limited to 6000" but none of them are numbered, so how can we be sure exactly how many are actually out there?
Got mine for £22 from eBay.
Was sealed and in perfect nick - plays beautifully.

Re: Setlist
So if setlist wiki is to be believed , Shut Up and Rock was dropped for Be My Lover (perhaps only until full length sets come back). I don't think it sounded that great to be honest, so I don't think it's a big loss (other than the fact that it's a new song dropped from the set). It's true - I was ...

Re: A sLICE of COOPER
Does anyone have any setlist details for this band, please? I'm especially keen to get a list for 8th Feb 2013. I'm trying to put together an account of the gig: https://gigsnstuff787616231.wordpress.com/2021/09/10/a-slice-of-cooper-8th-february-2013-sutton-in-ashfield-diamond/ Perhaps someone in th...

Dammit! They look very convincing, what with scuffed corners and edges.

Alice Cooper Group Collector Cards
Hi I've just received my copy of the Applebush 'Nobody Likes Us' album and am intrigued by the cards used to illustrate the sleeve. Now, I'm a card-collector anyway - usually football - but was wondering if these cards are still around anywhere? I have tried the usual sources - eBay & Amazon - with ...

Re: Alice Cooper on Danny Baker's Great Album Showdown
This was an awesome programme (File under: Rock). I sat there thinking - Hey, they're singing from MY hymn sheet! An homage to the (almost) long-lost 12" album with a gatefold sleeve, wherein you could read lyrics, look at liner notes and enjoy lovely photos and artwork (take a bow, Roger Dean!) Wit...

Re: A sLICE of COOPER
I saw this band last night at The Diamond in Sutton-in-Ashfield. Good effort, chaps! Fine setlist (105 minutes!!), although my mate - who is NOT an Alice afficionado - found the sound a bit murky and couldn't pick out melodies. Pleased to hear 'He's Back' on the list and the encore of 'Elected/Dept ...

Re: Alice tells Mark Lawson a desire for Nightmare on Broadw
Wonderful interview.
I've never heard The Man talk at such great length before.
This was made even better by a sympathetic interviewer who allowed Alice to talk, and he certainly coaxed out lots of interesting anecdotes.
Great TV!

Re: Alice at Ally Pally on SKY Arts
To be frank I was relegated to watching the DVD on my poxy little tv in the bedroom last night. It might sound worse on the BIG telly in the front room.

Alice at Ally Pally on SKY Arts
Did anyone catch the Hallowe'en Fright Night gig on SKY Arts?
No, I missed it too, but I've just 'acquired' a DVD of the programme. Full uninterrupted gig; no adverts; quality, professional camerawork.
Great addition to my collection!!
