Around 1974, Circus Magazine put out three paper back books - one on Elton John, one on Robert Plant and the third on Alice Cooper by Steve Demorest. It's pretty elementary reading but very informative - especially for the newer fan as it has some good history in it, and a lot of incredible photos, mostly from the 'Killer' and 'Billion Dollar Babies' tours, that have not generally been published elsewhere. Not the easiest thing to find nowadays but a lot easier then 'Billion Dollar Baby' or 'Me, Alice', and considerably more affordable.
