Because the stage in the NorVa theater wasn't big enough for the stage, some changes had to be made at this show.

1. The opening band did not perform since there was no room to set a stage up for them.
2. They played the controller tape, but they could not bring the the controller out on stage.
3. During "Pick Up The Bones" Alice picked-up bones & body parts, but there was no frankenstein machine so during "Feed My Frankenstein" there was no theatrics.
4. A roadie was heard to say that it was either loose the frankenstein machine or loose the guillotine, so they choose to keep the guillotine
5. Before "No More Mr Nice Guy" Calico is walking around with the head. She takes the head and throws it over the platform that she stood on during "Go To Hell". Alice appears on the platform in the white suit, comes down the steps & sends her back into the car trunk.
6. During the spoken into on "It’s The Little Things", Alice does the regular "have you had one of days" bit. On this one he added " I came here to Norfolk, Va. and there's no stage, and the stage that is here has carpet on it"

Phase two of the Brutal Planet show saw Eric Dover (Jellyfish/Slash/Glamnation) replace Pete Freisen and a couple of changes in the setlist. Jimmy Degrasso stepped in for the Australian dates before Eric Singer returned during a break in the Kiss tour. 'He's Back' replaced 'You Drive Me Nervous' for a few dates and 'Department of Youth' returned at the end of the show. At the end of that song; in the "Donnie Osmond" part... where he yelled "... we've got the power,   AND WHO GAVE IT TO YOU?" The band stopped playing, and they all shouted  "Britney Speeeeears!" Enter Calico Cooper, dressed in the Britney "trademark" school-uniform, dancing to "Ooops...". Dancing her way towards the front of the stage she stops right in front of Alice, singing "Hit me baby, one more time." He waits for a tiny moment, and (of course) hits her in her face. The band starts playing the Brutal Planet reprise as Alice and "Britney" fights on until one of the Executioner's henchmen pulls her to the guillotine. And at the very end of the show, the 3rd Alice enters the stage with Britney's decapitated head... Very funny. This often replaced 'Elected' or 'Elected was played as a second encore.
