GREG HAMPTON is a multi-talented singer, songwriter,
musician and producer/arranger. He has worked with acts as
varied as Tommy Bolin Whips and Roses I & II, Ron Wood; Rick
Derringer, Bogert & Appice; Pat Travers; The Tubes; the
acclaimed Jack Casady release “Dream Factor”, featuring Govt.
Mule, Little Feat, Ivan Neville, and Doyle Bramhall II; as well as
producing for Sony the all-girl group The Suffrajets from London.
French superstar Calvin Russell’s "In Spite of it all" , Pat Travers & Carmine Appice album, “It Takes A Lot Of Balls”, and Three
Legged Dog. He not only produced the albums, but also
contributed his songwriting and musicianship skills to every track
released. He’s a multi-talented instrumentalist, equally at home on
the guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and percussion. His writing
crosses all genres - funk, pop, hard rock, metal, and country. Greg is
an active and avid co-writer, seeking any and all opportunities to
stretch his craft. Current co-writing partners include Kevin
Savigar (Rod Stewart), Brian MacLeod (Sheryl Crow, Pink),
Eric Schermerhorn (Pink, Seal, Iggy Pop), Reeves Gabrels (David
Bowie), Joe Solo (Macy Gray), and many others. Greg is
currently working with Bootsy Collins, Buckethead, Brain, and
Casual T. Together they form the new super-group Science
Faxtion. Upcoming worldwide release and tour 2008.
