I am absolutely sure there was no resentment from any members of the band, no bad blood at all...........
no even Michael Bruce who desperately thought he was a serious talented artist (that went straight to obscurity)
I actually feel there are a few gentle digs and hints in the astro turf documentary. I could be taking it wrong.......

From what I've seen & heard as far as a R'n'R band you spend 5 +
years getting somewhere. ACG fit the mold. Bob Seger took
7 Lp's to get his breakthrough. The ACG is instrumental to Alice's
continuing success! But, they were buddies & went their own way's with
their own lives. Yes, an opportunity in the courts could have resulted in a
payday. But,still the songwriting credits go to ACG.
Alice was a name the band "accepted" for Vince.

Re: Alice Cooper Says There Was No Bad Blood Between Him And His Original Band
They all knew Alice was the gatekeeper to any future fame so I think none of them wanted to burn any bridges with him, and with the exception of MB they have high school or marriage ties together. They all seemed to be genuinely nice guys.

I also think Alice is adept at avoiding conflict and did things in a very passive way, I believe he was all in on the break up, but wanted to make it appear like it just happened for no apparent reason
