Underture

What songs are in Underture?
Did only track 1 & 3 have music from WTMN (Steven)?

From what I heard, The Underture has Disco bloodbath, only women bleed, some folks, something to remember me by and a few more. I believe it closes with 15-20 sec of the Steven track.

I hear also "ghouls gone wild", the "black widow" and of course "welcome to my nightmare"...alice said that there were some tracks from "other albums (non nightmare??)" in there as well. I only heard a clip so far so I can't completely tell!

Sounds to me that "Last Man On Earth" has the same beat (not sure if that's the right word) as "Some Folks" from WTMN too

There's only one piece I can't identify. If I had it in front of me, I could name the rest in order.

Thank you so much, guys. Now I know, why I get the chills with this number. And it counts also for I Made Of You and The Nightmare Returns.
I think the piano is the reason (Steven).
I think this is an awesome album. For the oldies among us, this album is a tribute to the original WTMN. This album is for those, who loved WTMN,a feast of recognition...;-)

I think the underture is so epic it should have been 6 minutes. It could have even recapped some of coopers 70s albums like muscle of love and b$b but then again, it would ruin the continuity of "the nightmare". Better 4:38 than nothing at all haha

I think the length is perfect. It's tight, flows smoothly from one theme to the next, and it leaves you wanting more. The best songs usually do. Every time the Underture ends, I just want to start it again.

BTW, I get kinda choked up when I Am Made of You comes in; such an emotional song. And I get glorious chills when Steven comes in. Underture is definitely one of the top 3 or 4 tracks for me. The others being When Hell Comes Home, I Am Made of You, and Runaway Train.

LOL, don't be. I couldn't pick Devils Food either. I should be doubly ashamed considering I love that song!

The underture is all music and no lyrics-Alice is credited in songwriting creds-is this for his general presence/linking stuff together or is a musical involvement being credited?

It's due to his name being on the credits of the original versions of those songs.
