Halloween Roundhouse Show...

Post by Coma_White » Fri Oct 15, 2010 4:32 pm

So I'm new here and just have a quick question...

Is anyone that's going to the Hallowen show planning to dress up for it?

I would love to, but the more and more concerts I go to lately, the more and more boring people seem to be; I don't want to be the only one on the Tube in full Halloween gear and then see an audience full of jumper-and-jeans-wearing grandads too!

Thanks :)

Alice has made it pretty clear he expects us too. You don`t want to disappoint him (and the resulting press) do you?

Quit it.

It all rather depends on whether I have time to put together what I'm thinking of. So ner.

Incidentally Si... is there any truth in the rumour that you're going dressed as Boy George?

Since when is anyone a goth for Halloween anyway?!

I wasn't really suggesting you'd dress up because 'Alice expects us to', more to the point is that, man, IF you dress up for Halloween what better venue than an Alice Cooper concert - depending on whether his fans are all old miserable bastards or not, I suppose :)

I didn't want to go to the effort and face the joy of the tube and then Sunday train-replacement-bus-services if no one else is going to bother!

Surely if you decided not to then that would make you an old miserable bastard.

I think that's the whole point of the shows....to get the UK to celebrate it! ;) (or, at least the UK Coop fans!)

It's less than 2 weeks away now and I still don't have so much as an idea for a costume!

I plan on a few drinks out in Camden after the show and don't know if I fancy that in costume.

It's looking like just a mask for now. :8):

Halloween has never 'floated my boat' that much. I wont be wearing a funny costume, but will have a happy face anyway!!
...And personally, I don't care.

how many Alice gigs you been to suggest Cooper fans are miserable, none from the tone of your post?! Hey Stoopid this ain't no Generation Landslide the age range of Coop fans spans decades some may wanna dress up for Hallowe'en some may not but we are there to see Alice Cooper above all else.

Hallowe'en is based on the pagan Celtic festival of Samhain anyway and there is a lot more to it than trick or treat for heavens sake!
