And apparently the video on their page is courtesy of Sparky, who emailed them and inquired about things.

Though, ya know.....in the pictures on the main page, when it's not so close as to be able to see lots of facial details....he looks pretty decent!

indeed I did enquire, but it must be stressed that I did so merely out of curiosity and not with any kind of serious intention regarding the fiancè and I.

Yeah this has been around for a while. We inquired about this last year and were supposed to be doing it next month. Sadly because of a change in circumstances it will wait until fall. I also want to let it be known that I have already gone through the official "process" and this was just intended to be sort of a gimmick renewal of vows. It is actually even more $ than actually stated. That is a VERY basic package.

Thanks Scotty. She was soooo looking forward to it, but the other couple (with child) that was supposed to go with us canceled last month. With two kids and no adults to trade off with, there are limits to what we would be able to do in Vegas. The next time he plays Vegas is also another possibility so we could invite a few other Sickies.

Si, this is your last warning on posting duplicate information on the board. The next course of action will be to ask you to ban yourself for an amount of time to be determined at your discretion.

In the meantime... dear gawd that's "something" alright.

I think its a great idea! Why would anyone want to get married in Vegas if not for the 'tacky' angle?

As for price; considering the so called 'average' UK wedding is estimated at between £12 to £15,000 - I'd say this is a pretty cheap option! Think also of the added benefits. Your 'out-laws' and people who you don't really want at your nuptials anyway will cry off due to expense!

You could have a great wedding day, shared with the people who really matter and then run riot in Vegas. Sounds good to me! :rotfl:

BTW, the 'Elvis' package is pretty tacky too!!
IF YOU GET UP IN THE MORNING, ITS A GOOD DAY!
