Looks pretty good. Could be fun.

Saw the trailer. Not exactly a great trailer, but the film itself looks relatively well made actually.

Looked like Malcolm McDowell was in his If/Clockwork Orange mode.

I may have to avoid this movie altogether due to Henry Rollins and Moby being involved.

I read about this last year sometime. Blabbermouth maybe? It also was (I THINK) on Calico's website a while back, but her website appears to be gone. If I remember it was supposed to start filming in Toronto around Thanksgiving of '08.

Well, this specific thread was started November of '08. And I can tell you that Alice and Calico left phoenix for Toronto to work on it the day after last year's Christmas Pudding, so they did some/all of their filming the week before Christmas. (An acquaintance of mine from the NWAC forum talked to them at the airport as he was on their plane to Toronto.)

Look at that outfit! The gloves in particular.

Also, according to the site "I Am the Spider" is featured in the movies soundtrack. :)

Edit: Does anyone else think the person at 0:37 in the trailer looks like a young Malcom McDowell? (that might of course be on purpose if it's a flashback or something)

Yes, it certainly was. I read the post above and somehow Aug 14 2009 stuck in my head. :smack:

Yes. It has to be him--probably some old footage used for a flashback. I'm very excited to see this film!

And this shot.

Somehow totally looked past it before. Though, nice. The movie site has 15 photos in their pix section, and Alice is in 3 of them.

Oh! I would love to see that ring he is wearing! Do you think it's a Dragon?
And I want a waistcoat like that! I used to have a similar one that I wore until it fell apart!

Does anyone know if some of the independent films that Calico was in are available on dvd?
