MURAT THEATRE - INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA SHOW

Post by padre_sliprat » Tue Nov 26, 2019 12:38 pm

I've seen Coop several times since 1978. Last night's concert spectacle may never be topped, and if it is, only Alice will be able to accomplish such a feat. The setlist, the lighting, staging, musicianship, band, performance...you name it...everything was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. And his voice...it's the best it's ever been. The show started promptly at 8 PM and was finished at 9:20 PM. I won't spoil the show for you, and I hope you don't watch any videos or read any setlists. Just buy your ticket and GO.

Delighted you enjoyed it Padre. Said it before, this is a purple patch and we should enjoy every minute while it lasts.

You bet, Del. It's a good time to be a fan. Hope he goes on until he's 100.

Echo your feelings. I admit to have loved each show but feeling a little frustrated at the setlists, this one was a stunning shake-up. I'm begging for someone to do a DVD of this show.

Indeed it is a good time for :alice: fandom! I truly enjoyed my August show very much.

If anyone can keep performing until he's 100, The Coop can  !

1 hour and 20 minutes doesn't seem like a long time.
Anything I say or write is my own personal opinion, no matter who agrees or disagrees with me.

The B$B show was that length. From the inside was 70 minutes. Id rather go home wanting more than wish it would end.

FTI averaged around 85 minutes. Don't forget the video is cut and missing a couple of songs.

I was at the FTI show. They didnt play WTMN at that particular gig, but Dead Babies was played as was an unreleased track (not All Strapped Up, although it was played as well). Ill never forget the PA, which was minimal.yet the sound was so loud, it was painful.
