What I gleen from this review is apathy. I found the comments at the bottom of the story more credible than the writers', who also surmised that the crowd enjoyed it more than he did. To be so young & already jaded, pity. ::((:

Just read this from the NY show tonight:

"Joe Perry left stage in middle of first song. EMS on scene immediately . Show didn't stop."

Here's one of the articles popping up online now. Hoping it's not serious and he feels better soon.

They're also saying now that he's in "critical condition."

It's now coming out he's in stable condition. (In multiple places, but also updated in the link I provided before.)

That's terrible news, but fortunately the situation seems to be improving.

Hoping for the best.

And the CNN thing didn`t seem to happen either. Understandable.

I turned it on earlier, just to see. Oddly, the 12:45 EST time slot was during a show that focuses on politics. Wolf Blitzer, who was on the following hour, has a show synopsis saying "politics, top stories of the day, and international news." Doesn't seem like the given time slot made much sense in general. But yeah, I never saw him and there was no mention of him in the first show. And when Wolf Blitzer started, I had it on for 25+ minutes, and he was never mentioned as upcoming.

Marilyn Manson joined the Vamps onstage tonight for "I'm Eighteen." I rather expected it, as he was the act before them this evening. But still fun to see, as they were clearly enjoying it.

Looks like the Hollywood Vampires are dedicating a whole tour around Europe with their base likely to be in Germany.
They've announced a date on 12th June in Poland. Could it be that we will see them appear in the UK at long last?
Download is 8th to 10th June this year and I reckon there would be more chance of them appearing here, possibly a second stage headlining slot than announcing individual dates.
What's peoples thoughts?

I would love to see them. I hope they tour and play Scotland.

Strong rumours on the Download chatter pages that Hollywood Vampires will be playing Download Festival this year. It looks as though a potential one from last slot supporting Ozzy Osbourne. This would probably see them have between and an hour to an hour and 15min slot.
