Alice spent the Autumn doing a big tour of the US/Canada. And now this!

So really disappointed that he doing another massive tour of the US again. I know its his home country, but its a bit of a snub to all of his fans in the Rest of the World!

Very disappointed.

Per usual, there is at least 6 shows in easy driving distance, but I will probably only go to about 3. I was hoping there would be some openings for Alice to do some smaller headlining shows. At least there are some inside venues close to me, so may skip the outdoor shows.

Good luck getting anything remotely resembling good seats for this tour at a decent price.

Check out the Motley VIP packages:

This tour is quite disappointing for the diehard Alice fan.

The only hope is that there will be some solo dates sprinkled in.

As I skim through the details of those meet and greets, it strikes me that they both list "Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil and Mick Mars".......what's Tommy Lee doing during those times?!

He decided last tour not to do these anymore saying he didn't like charging to meet fans.

He also had an issue with taking pictures with fans on his down time recently (fair enough, it's his free time). Did he ever say if he'd prefer not to do MnGs at all, or do them for free at shows? Just curious, as I really don't know.

Not sure. I know he did give some meet n' greet tix away when he was doing them.

Yes its disappointing that it looks like no Uk dates this year, but i guess from the Coops point of view this is good deal...he will just do a best of set, with no major changes to the show, get the whole year out it and at no great additional expense...and even play to a bigger crowd, can't blame him,And be honest,we have been pretty spoiled in the UK with Coop visits...The guy never stops, just happy he's still out there rockin! :-)

interesting re Tommy. looking at those prices tho, $4k for a ticket! i don't care if it comes w/ a guitar, if 25% of the band ain't there to sign and have pics, what's the point?!

love to see this double bill, i caught the Crue on the Carnival of Sins tour ~ seen them twice before, but that show and performance was fantastic.

"Additionally, 2014 will see the release of “Super Duper Alice Cooper,” a documentary film on Alice’s career path and journey through life,"

must've missed that elsewhere.

The SICKTHINGS password should be valid tomorrow (Thursday) for the Alice Cooper presales.

The Motley Crue fan club presales are happening today.

Gotta agree with all that - but am very disappointed all the same. There are still gaps in the tour (for Alice) - 26th Oct til 5th Nov (Halloween!!)and all of Sept which gives me some hope.... :( :(

For the one asking: Tommy Lee decided NOT to do meet and greets and charge fans BUT he said he was ALWAYS available at some parking lots and giving things away (He did last tour in every show: he gave away tickets on twitter)

So did anyone get tix today? Got tix for Atlanta and Charlotte behind the pit but a bit off to the side for regular price with MC code. The rest of the row was $1000 each so I guess I was lucky but the pickings were thin with lots of $4000 and $1000 seats. I suspect there will be lots of ticket drops the week before the show when the unsold VIP are released.

Will try the Coop sale tomorrow hoping his mgt negotiated an allocation with a few decent seats for Coop's minions.

While claiming to focused on the ordinary man in the press conference this appears to be a cash grab that might make the Stones blush.

Who knows, with flexible pricing they may reprice some of the $4000 tix tomorrow now the most of the pigeons have been plucked.

Isn't It Entirely Possible The Uk Will Get A Summer Tour In June 2014 . There Is A Gap At That Time And The Band Will Be In europe For The Festival Dates At That Time ?

Cheers

Brian

I don't know why, but just a "heads up" for some reason Alice Cooper will not be playing the Syracuse show... No clue why, just don't want anyone to get tickets and then get disappointed... I'm not too happy about this.
