Those tracks that he's covered up to now have all worked well. Once we've heard whatever it is that they are covering, we can then commentate as appropriate.

Was hoping that the mysterious 3rd act was nothing but rarities but I can only hope that there are still at least 1 or 2 rarities thrown in alongside these covers, the Nightmare portion, and the 'hits.'

The article did say this show would be Alice of all eras, would be nice if that included the late 80s...hint hint..RYFAY..LOL

Not really feeling this whole covers idea. But Alice has never put on a bad show and I'm sure this year will be no different. I won't know the words to every single song in the set though this time

If its something Alice wanted to try - then we gotta see how it goes. I just think theres so many Alice tracks that are rarities that would work so well live. I never thought Alice would need to do covers. Maybe its going to be a kind of medley?

Yeah, true. And no one knows how long this section could go on for. Might only be three songs towards the end of the set. I really hope it doesn't take up much room. But I'm gonna look on the bright side, we still get to see Alice!!

I think that it would be great if he would do some covers, he did Jailhouse rock before and it was superb. I think it would also be great if he didn't bring out the crutch on 18, didn't bring out the straightjacket on Dwightfry, didn't bring out balloons on schools out, basically just shook the whole thing up.

on the first tour blog video,orianthi can be heard saying she was practicing "dirty diamonds" (or "filthy diamonds" as she and tommy joked). they had the comment "I wonder what songs will get cut?" before going out to run through the show...maybe someday we'll find out what got rehearsed,but not performed!

Yeah just seen that video. Its cool there doing a blog.
I know Alice (and the band members have other commitments) but rehearsing songs for 12 hours a day for a week sounds killer. You would have thought they'd at least know what songs they were gonna play.
Also trying to figure what song Ryan's jamming out on the first video - not a clue.

One week till the UK tour starts
