Thanks.Si wrote:It kinda depends where you ordered from and how you asked for them to be delievered.
We have our tickets to two shows, one sent by mail, one "print your own". The rest we bought from AC.com and so you collect them from the Box Office on the day.

I could see IAMOY as the song that starts the opening of the second act, changing the mood from the classics and leading us into the nightmare. God I should be directing this show.killer wolf wrote:"Alice said, "Runaway Train, The Congregation, I Am Made of You and a few others.""

I remember the last show in Paris. IAMOY was one of the songs played by tape before the band start. We were some fans singing the lyrics and it was a thrill. I can't doubt how glorious it could be with an all audience singing this song.dadascot wrote:I could see IAMOY as the song that starts the opening of the second act, changing the mood from the classics and leading us into the nightmare. I'm dying to hear Ghouls Gone Wild, seque right into Something to Remember Me By...visually live, I think Alice could have a bunch of "zombies" come out on stage, dressed in swimming trunks, doing the "Swim" while their limbs are falling apart...the one young lady left on stage, Alice takes into his arms and begins singing Something to Remember Me By...I absolutely love that song. It definitely makes my top 3 songs from W2MN, the other 2 being the Congregation and Under the Bed (but if we can't count that since its a bonus track), then I Gotta Get Outta Here.

I think he should do What Baby Wants, with Orianthi doing Ke$ha's part.

That would be awesome.HORRORHOLIC wrote:I think he should do What Baby Wants, with Orianthi doing Ke$ha's part.
Would also love to see Disco Bloodbath Boogie Fever live. That would be a lot of fun in a live setting.

I happen to know this WAS talked about last year, so who knows if it might happen this tour. Ori is much more "settled in" now, having been in the band a year.HORRORHOLIC wrote:I think he should do What Baby Wants, with Orianthi doing Ke$ha's part.

He should ask Lady Gaga and Calico, also. That would be EPIC.Si wrote:I happen to know this WAS talked about last year, so who knows if it might happen this tour. Nobody but whoever is in the band should do the Ke$ha part, this will not be an Alice and somebody else tour, especially overrated Ms goo goo.
Anything I say or write is my own personal opinion, no matter who agrees or disagrees with me.

How do you happen to know this? Do you have connections or something?Si wrote:I happen to know this WAS talked about last year, so who knows if it might happen this tour. Seriously, that's the only thing I could even imagine happening besides having a female lead (a la Calico / Tiffany) in the show that's also able to sing a strong lead vocal.
Ori could certainly pull it off vocally. The only question I'd have is how it would be presented. Would she put the guitar down for a song or play while singing?
And if Ori does indeed play the part of 'The Devil', I have saved Alice and management valuable time and come up with a costume for her:

I remember reading an interview where Alice said he thought Madonna had a very powerful voice. I might be wrong though.A_MichaelUK wrote:>Not Madonna, I know, he hates Madonna.

There is this quote of his about Madonna,
"“I’ve always said, if you’re going to go way out on a limb and have an insane image like Lady Gaga and do ridiculously, outrageous things, the people that succeed at that really have talent,” Cooper mused. “I mean, look at Madonna. She did all the outrageous stuff, but she could sing. She was a great performer! If she got up there and she couldn’t sing a lick, I’d go, ‘Ok, this is a sideshow.’ But, she can really sing.”"
And given Orianthi's background having a hit radio single, when she first joined the band, I had almost expected "What Baby Wants" to make it into the setlist. I think that could be pretty cool to see.

I Like Orianthi's voice. It'd be great to hear her sing Ke$ha's verse.

"What Baby Want" might work if they down tune it a step or so like they did with "Caffeine." For whatever reason I thought his vocals sounded a little more strained than usual on this year's tour and he really pushed himself on the recent album (more controlled environment in the studio of course.) So we'll wait and see.

I reckon there's a chance he'll do Former Lee Warmer. The mere suggestion of this would have been ridiculous in the past but the way the new show has been (vaguely) shaping up and the numerous times he has spoken positively about it recently leads me to think it's a very real possibility.
Of course, he probably won't.

I definitely sympathize with you on that....I can't tell you how many times I've heard Alice hint at the use of the "Trilogy" from RYFAY and then even this past summer, backstage with Alice, I asked him if he would ever do anything from RYFAY. He said, "if we were, it would have to be the trilogy." I looked at him with a smile and said: "Well?" He said in his great manner: "You never know!"VinceRaven wrote:I reckon there's a chance he'll do Former Lee Warmer.
