Looks fabulous! Next time I go to Nottingham I need to visit this place!

I love UK pubs so much, I try to see as many as I can when I'm in the UK and I have a good guide (human guide I mean)

Think Coop fans will love Pit & Pendulum for a pre gig meet, the place looks like a set from an Alice gig.

After Alice gig at Download last year I got a train to Nottingham and met my mate who lives near there and we popped in before we went to Rock City.

I've been to lots of bars but this place blew me away, hope to see you all there, should be a nice warm up to the gig.

what happened at Sheffield last year?
The presale was like a lottery. Seats in various locations would turn up in no particular order. Ended up with seats in cirle A, stalls A and stalls AA. A few days before the show, they decided to take out the first 2 rows and to move anyone who had seats there to row M. It was only thanks to the efforts of Toby [Alice's tour manager] that we ended up at the front anyways...

Going to Sheffield - though I live in Preston! taking my friend who had never really listened to Alice before. Here's hoping for a new stage show come October. Quite looking forward to being able to sit, have a drihnk and watch without fighting for a view or being shoved around!!
Is someone calling me?
...No
I think I hear a voice
It's outside the door!!

Yeah, got a third Edinburgh ticket for my son coming up from London, this is now a family tradition, this gig will be our 33rd Anniversary of our first show. Just hope that it's a brand new show.

Seeing him in Bournemouth. Apparantly it's all seated which is a pity. But at least I won't have to get there 4 hours early this time lol.

I can't believe it's just over a month away. When my ticket finally does arrive, then I'm gonna be even more excited.
I'm hoping and praying that Runaway Train and DBBF gets played.

Alice is the only singer that comes close enough for me to see live every year. :alice:

Funnily enough my ticket did arrive today. I have two concerts to go to before I see Alice but I'm still really excited about October 27th. No concert can compare to Alice.

I love this time of year. I get so excited when it's nearly time to see Alice again. While I'm hoping for lots of Nightmare 2 material, I know the show will be amazing no matter what he plays.

I have this "strange" routine 2 weeks before going to see an Alice show, I stop playing his music this builds the anticipation of the show which is always brilliant course...

Does anyone else have any routines leading up to a show?

I do quite the opposite actually. I play Alice almost constantly. Although I'm also playing a lot of Halestorm atm as I'm seeing them on Sunday.

I usually find out the set list (here :) ) and make a play list on my ipod with these songs so I can try and memorise a maximum of the lyrics... :p

Of course I won't be able to do that this time since I am attending the first show of the tour (yay!)
