Anyone else having trouble downloading the encores for the London show from concert live? It's only giving me the option to download the burmingham ones. I have emailed them and am awaiting a response.

I get the same. Will also check into it.

Had a reply with a new code this morning.
I downloaded the Birmingham .wav last night but it was corrupt and unplayable. Just downloaded the London one and same. Will try with another browser.

Yeah had same problem, just emailed them, and just wrote them a letter with regards to the Birmingham show which I couldnt collect.

No luck with other browser. Both files downloaded corrupt. I've emailed them.

Just wanted to download mine. After I entered the code it showed me the two songs in wav and mp3 but when I select one I got an error message saying that I don't have permission to download this track.
Gonna send an e-mail now too.

So I will wait with my London download for a few days until the problems are solved.

I finally ordered the London Live CDs from the website one week ago but it still has not been shipped.

I was hopin' to have it for the M&G with Alice to sign but I won't

Already got an answer to the inquiry I send yesterday and received a new code. This one made available not only the London show I bought but also Welsman, Germany and Birmingham.

Will there be much difference between the mp3 fiels and the wav files cos the mp3s wok but the wav files are corrupt

Yeah, I still can`t get uncorrupted .wav files of the encores.

I believe I have the same problem with the Encore song of Lille show. I can download the wav file but can't listen to it with any player, it doesn't work.
I am going to write to Concert Live.

just got round to downloading london concert encores
two files downloaded as MPEG Layer 3 Audio (.mp3)first attempt burned onto the blank disc and copied to i tunes no problems.
hope you have managed to sort out issues

It's teh lossless .wav files that are the issue, not the lossy mp3 ones. Many, including me, would much rather have the lossless files to match the rest of the CD we paid £20 for. Thats what we paid for and that`s what should be there. But they are corrupt and unplayable.

Are we supposed to get a shipping notice for that cd? I bought it the day it got released (London) but I still haven't received anything. Having bad luck with the Alice stuff recently, I finally received my first fan pack last week. Took almost 2 months to get here. Luckily I got a full refund and they sent me another one for free in like a week when I got tired of waiting.

Yes. Here is what I was told: "You will receive a follow up email to confirm the dispatch of this item."
But like you, I haven't received anything about my London show order and I am going to cancel it as I could finally buy the Lille show at Lyon venue.

Still no reply about the wav file of Lille encore. I totally agree with you Si.

I emailed them about the shipping of the CD about a week ago, and they were still waiting on master files to be sent to them so they could actually make the CDs, they said to me that they expected them within two weeks, which isn't ideal, but I guess we will get them in a week or so.

When I emailed them about the corrupt .wav files they have not replied. I assume they have read it and ignored it (or at least not kept me informed of any update) due to the fast responce of the first reply.

It would be nice if they just said there is a kown issue they are looking into, or nope we've **** it and your stuck with the mp3's. To not reply at all is poor customer service. Maybe they just don't consider it a big deal and so don't care???

Exactly the same for me. For now I'm a bit disappointed… Will try it again.

I got a reply today with a new code: this time it works! I got my encore Elected song of Lille show in .wav format
