What film would that be? As I understand it, he will only be showing clips and such...

John Carpenter's Halloween is the film that will be shown after Alice's bit..

No, but I belive his "bit" starts at 6.30, and the event ends at 11pm. With the movie around 90mins or so that would still leave a clear 2 hours plus for Alice. Whether it will turn out that way I have no idea.

The Jonathan Ross show is being filmed that night just around the corner to the BFI - potentially he could be a guest? Might be worth listening out on the show coming up to see if JR announces who the next week's guests are.

great night @ British Film Institute as Alice talked horror with horror film historian Alan Jones with film clips and yours truly got to ask a question about the original Wicker Man cult classic.

Later he introduced Halloween and gave me a high five!

Reminds you of what a legend and a gent the man is, signing stuff for fans before and after.

Saw and spoke to Andy Michael, Si and Bill Crowe who all agreed what a special night it was also spotted Shep Gordon.

London gig @ Ally Pally tomorrow and Glasgow for Hallowe'en with Spurs v QPR inbetween, life is good!

When he's not on concert stage, Alice is on another stage! I am impressed by his activity unabated!

that review was good but only touched the surface, what was really interesting to me was when Alice talked about the music in relation to the horror. He knows his stuff, was impressed he talked about Goblin who did the music to Suspiria.

Did you notice the tall guy who was within a millimeter of getting an autograph when the guy in the suit told Alice that they had to go somewhere else? Please feel sorry for that guy...
