This looks *aces*! I can't figure out from the BFI website if there's anything I can do to make sure I'm going to be let in, though - would anyone have a clue?

Finally managed to call the BFI... I think the lady said something about "only few left", so you might want to call them if you're going

Wouldn`t do much good. You can`t buy tickets yet unless you are a member of the BFI.

That`s weird. Both Jaded and I called them and were told the same thing, Not on sale until next week.

I got tickets yesterday over the phone......45mins in a q....but i paid for them and was told my order had went through......so who knows?

This is the venue... 450 seats. I hope that there'll be plenty of room... these things are not always that popular with the general population/sheep

Also, Mike - I guess I'll check Monday or Tuesday if any money has been transferred to the BFI - to my understanding, I reserved seats only, but they *did* ask for my credit card number... I'd prefer to actually own the ticket beforehand, obviously...

Just spoke to Yann Allsolp at BFI. Ticket are NOT on sale for this event, unless you are a member of the BFI. They certainly DO NOT take reservations.

What the... I will call them again tomorrow and see what's up... I gave them my phone # and email, it should be possible to check it...

Ah... Just called them... They have sold me tickets BY MISTAKE! Hurrah for luck! I hope all the SickThings who would like to go will be able to get a ticket... and I hope there's perhaps time for a teeny weeny autograph and an itty bitty photo!
