Statement from the AC Facebook:
For the first time in thirty years, Alice was forced to cancel a show tonight due to illness. He was too ill to even leave the hotel here in Santiago, and is very sorry to disappoint the many fans here who have waited so long for this concert. The Doctor is optimistic that he will be well enough for Saturday's show in Buenos Aires. Hopefully, Alice will be able to get back to Chile another time.

Alice is feeling MUCH better. He will be fine and we're heading to Buenos Aires today. Luckily today is a day off so by tomorrow he should be 100%! The doctor said it was food poisoning, and that it should be out of his system within 12 hours.

I wonder what he ate? Maybe he should stick to Skittles the rest of the time down there.

Get well soon Alice-triggers terrible memory for me after eating a fish dish in Corfu in 1992..got to airport quite a few hours later..11 visits to the loo pre flight..no probs on flight(the power of the subconsious)..sure Alice will be taking on plenty of fluids and will be on top form soon
