I saw Jim Rose Circus at edinburgh festival around 10 years ago..in a tent on calton hill...a bit like a rock concert very freaky..people dislocating body parts to go through a tennis racket...man suspending a large weight from a very elastic part of his body..chainsaws etc etc...so if any of these things were built in to ALice's actual show..then it will be extra freaky..from memory Jim Rose had a fairly famous metal guitarist playing with him on stage...the show was better than most groups I have seen in terms of entertainment/adrenalin...

To be honest that's what is keeping me from being sure I'd attend. I'd be either grossed out or really bored at a show like this. I doubt I would actually be scared though. Just not my cup of tea. I don't even enjoy normal circus usually. Except for really poetic numbers.

Oh dear pre sales today? (on AC.com according to news)
Why do these things alway have to happen when I am at work?
I don't think I can use secured websites for payements at work, last time I tried it was blocked. I suppose they imagine we spend our day buying stuff online :/

Maybe I can come home for lunch, it will be 11am in the UK, maybe there will still be tickets left. :(

Yep. all seemed to go without a hitch so far. Just awaiting the email confirmation, which if memory serves can take hours to arrive.

One problem was that they STILL don`t have 'middlesex' as a county, so I can`t put in my correct address, which means my address doesn`t match the card address. Better not be a problem as it was reported last year that this was an issue and it hasn`t been fixed.

Just got my ticket confirmation.

Unfortunately, I can only go to the Nov 1st show, as I don't want to let the kids down on Halloween (plus the babysitter refused to babysit on the 31st).

Still, it'll be an awesome show! Maybe I'll see some of you guys there?

I converted mine! She must have been to 6 gigs now think the show can help get someone into the music.

luneytune, i doubt it would sell out before the public release date - with presales they have a limited amount they can sell.

will probably wait until then. call me paranoid but I like to have ticket in hand before show date!
