It's cool to get mail with the AC logo on it
I know what you mean but!!...Personally I thought it a bit of a risk putting the AC logo on the envelope,it draws attention to it and considering that the tickets were not registered or anything it could easily have ended with somebody's tkts getting nicked....and then imagine trying to prove you never got them etc....(Maybe I'm just an old grumpy git) Anyway it looks like all is fine so that's cool.. :) ..But a bit of a gamble all the same. :/

Thought about it too Mike. But to be honest I doubt anyone in Switzerland would be mad enough to travel that far for Alice, apart from myself :rotfl:
Until this year I had never even met a fellow fan here, except at concerts of course.

But I live next to a school and we do have pranks, or even small stuff getting stolen, probably out of boredom. So yeah, I see your point.

My Roundhouse tickets arived this week (bought direct from the venue). Eldest son is coming with me (will be his 5th Alice concert I think), gives him a day off University and a night out in London.

Will sort accommodation and travel this week. Hope some of us can meet up afterwards?? (I'm on 31st only).
...And personally, I don't care.

Ahem. So much for all the planning.

You know the drill, stuff happens and you can't always do what you want, etc... In short I had to cancel that part of my trip.

Anyone wants my ticket PM me?

Not really that sad, I'm seeing Alice in Zurich two weeks later anyway.

I'm really looking forward to the 31st now, my first Alice gig since Descent Into Dragontown. And i've managed to get some digs for the night so i'll be indulging in a bit of drinking i reckon.

Where is everyone meeting up beforehand or will you all be in the queue? I cant be doing with queuing up for hours these days!

Don't worry WHW, I plan on sitting Si in a local pub for the day as well, when I figure out which one you can keep him company too...

nice one!

Just out of interest, i'm assuming the Roundhouse is pretty close to The Worlds End pub?

Well one is by Camden Town station and the other is in Chalk Farm (the next station north) beyond the markets, but you can easy walk between the two in around 10-15 mins or so. The Roundhouse itself is basically at the end of the last market area.

I will be attending 31 Oct with my eldest (19), we have seats so dont have to queue!

Would be happy to meet up at 'Worlds End' pub (if I can find it - or anywhere else) before or after concert for drinks etc. Just say where and when. PM me for mobile number etc!
...And personally, I don't care.

Hi all,

Never used these boards much, always a lurker...

I have an extra ticket for the Roundhouse show on the 31st, I will sell it at face value on the day of the show to the first person who PMs me...

Anyone interested?

I hope you guys will be posting detailed reviews of these shows. I'm begining to wonder if the shows will be very different from the regular ones. Alice has been "off the air" for a week now preparing this apparently. Made me really curious.
I am also trying to imagine how the set up will be in this hall. Please take a lot of photos!
